.75oz Capitoline Tiber

1oz Green Hat Citrus/other floral gin

.75oz Meyer lemon juice

Shake, strain over ice, add Meyer lemon wheel garnish

1oz Capitoline White

.75oz Green Hat Navy Strength Gin

.5oz chamomile syrup

.5oz fresh lemon

1 egg white

Dry shake egg, citrus, vermouth and gin

Add ice and re-shake vigorously

Double strain into coupe

Top with dried rose petals and chamomile flowers

2oz Capitoline Rosé over ice

2oz seltzer

Garnish with orange and green olive

.5oz Amaro Sibilia

.25oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into chilled coupe. Brandied cherry garnish

.3oz green chartreuse

Shake gently to chill, top with prosecco, pour into coupe, express orange peel and run along glass, discard.

Pour over ice and seltzer. Garnish with orange and mint.
